TerraNova Salon Refund Policy

At TerraNova Salon, we strive to ensure that every client is completely satisfied with their experience. To maintain transparency and provide clarity, we have developed the following refund policy:

1. Service Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, we encourage you to notify us within 48 hours. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment or correction within seven days of the original service date. Corrections must be performed by the same stylist or therapist unless otherwise approved by management.

2. Product Refunds
Unused and unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened products that have been used may be exchanged for a different product or salon credit within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is defective or you have had an adverse reaction.

3. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used to purchase services or products at TerraNova Salon and do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

4. Packages and Memberships
All package sales and memberships are final. No refunds will be provided, but unused portions of a package may be transferred to another individual with management approval.

5. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, up to 50% of the service cost. For no-shows, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service amount.

6. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to modify or reschedule your service. In such cases, the cancellation policy may apply.

7. Special Circumstances
In the rare event that a service or product defect warrants a refund, management reserves the right to make the final decision. Please contact the salon directly if you have any concerns.

By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. We are committed to working with you to ensure you are happy with your TerraNova Salon experience.
